The 2014 MHTA (Minnesota High Tech Association) Spring Conference was a huge success. The conference included a full day of educational sessions on hot topics such as leadership and innovation, trends in IT, entrepreneurship and workforce development along with an expo hall to stroll through and network with industry peers.

Marty participated on a panel where they discussed strategies used to increase the quantity and quality of Minnesota IT talent to meet the market needs of today and tomorrow. The panelists shared simple steps that companies can take to become engaged in talent development solutions that work!
