Martin Hebig

Founder and President of Maverick Software Consulting, Martin Hebig has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His significant experience establishing QA infrastructure and implementing complete automated test solutions has helped him become a respected expert in Software Quality Assurance. Martin is a prior board member of Quality Assurance Associations and Founding member of MN Aspirations in Computing Awards. When not engrossed in the IT world, he enjoys spending time with his family at the beach or exploring the great outdoors of California.

Jason Timmerman

Jason is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Maverick Software Consulting. His expertise lies in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of the company's organizational information systems, software applications, business development, and IT infrastructure systems. Jason also evaluates new technology and implements solutions that support identified initiatives. Beyond his professional role, Jason leads an adventurous lifestyle that includes canoeing in the Boundary Waters, playing tennis, woodworking, pursuing electronics projects, and spending quality time with his large family.

Meet Ryne Leytem, a professional with a passion for programming and technology who has dedicated five years of his career to the public sector. As a recruiter for the Department of Human Services, Ryne was responsible for identifying and recruiting talented individuals for a variety of positions across multiple campuses. Ryne built strong relationships with the people he served and found great satisfaction in helping to make Minnesota a better place for everyone. In his newest chapter, Ryne has taken on a leadership role as he heads a team of students in meaningful software development work. Ryne is passionate about empowering the next generation of professionals and providing them with the tools they need to succeed in the real world.

Manager, Learning and Development

Dwayne Kearns

Dwayne carries more than 25 years of experience in systems analysis and design in the financial and legal environments with strong knowledge in process planning, technical writing, financial reporting, and user acceptance testing. As Manager of Learning and Development, Dwayne is responsible for designing training solutions and identifying and assessing training needs through ongoing analysis of career paths and industry trends. Outside of Maverick, Dwayne enjoys traveling with his wife, staying on top of technology, DIY home improvements, and spending time with family via online gaming.

As Director of Human Resources, Denise encompasses more than 10 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management. She performs a crucial function of recruiting including compensation and benefits, employee relations, on-boarding, background checks, drug test and I9 compliance. When Denise is not knee deep in contracts, onboarding, and HR tasks, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and touring vineyards with her husband.
